 The search result will be displayed on the same page. If there is no result found, you will see an red "!" icon on the page.

 Scroll down the item's page and you will find a link to the shop that carries the item. Click the link and it will lead you to the shop's page.

 On the shop's page, there will be an email address followed by the Telephone Number as it's shown in an example below. You can send your inquiry to the shop via email. (The email address below is not a real shop's email address)

*IMPORTANT* If you don't see an email address on the shop's page, it means the shop doesn't accept an inquiry by email. You can basically contacting the shop by phone.

 When you contacting the shop, make sure telling them an "ID Number" and a "Brand Name" of the item you're inquiring about. You will find the ID Number on the item's page, it starts with the word "DS", followed by 8 digit number. Please see an example image below:
